An auctioned lot may be returned:

  • If the wrong item was sent or delivered, and it is not damaged.
  • If you return the merchandise, you must go to our sales area, present the merchandise with the original invoice and the credit card that was billed.
  • In case another item or merchandise was sent by mistake or if the item has any manufacturing defects, a physical exchange is possible.
  • If another item or merchandise was sent by mistake or if the item has any manufacturing defects, a full reimbursement will be made plus shipping charges.
  • If you only wish to cancel your purchase, a reimbursement will be made for the amount of the merchandise, not including shipping charges and the guarantee deposit.
  • The merchandise may be sent using preferably the same courier company that delivered the merchandise; please insure the merchandise fully and include the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  • If you send the merchandise by courier, please ensure you have correctly written the following as the addressee:
